Help for the chain transaction calculator - "Other countries":

In this chain transaction calculator 4 member states (DE, AT, FR and PL) and a third country (CH) can be selected. In the free version as well as in the Single-user licence (basic version) these countries are fixed and cannot be changed. Depending on the licence model, however, the functions described below are available:

  1. Personalized print version:
Using a "Single-user Licence Plus" (full version) or a "Site Licence" the Personalized Print Version is enabled, where you can select the countries you need from a list of 196 states. With the exception of Germany, you can select a replacement country for each of the default countries (AT, FR, PL and CH). For example, if you do not do business with Poland but need Italy, you can enter that "Poland" will always be replaced by "Italy". This setting is stored in a cookie on your computer and therefore only needs to be made once. As a result, every time you call up a print version, Poland will be replaced by Italy (all country-related words and word groups, including the VAT rate, will be replaced).
This country replacement function increases the number of examples that can be retrieved as a print version to more than 100 million examples.

  2. Word-Files:
If you are registered in the chain transaction calculator, the chain transaction evaluations are also available as Word files (for all licence models). These can be edited and the desired countries can be corrected manually. However, this is more comfortable with the licence models "Single-user licence Plus" and "Site licence". With these licences, an Excel macro is provided, with which you can replace the countries in the Word files in the same way as with the personalized print version described above. In the demo version (without macro script) you can get an idea of the functionality.
You can register in the chain transaction calculator via the order button. To use the personalized print version, please select the Single-user licence Plus (EUR 130,-/year) or the Site licence (EUR 360,-/year) in the order form. With these two licences, access to the B2C examples (where the last purchaser is a private individual) is activated at the same time.
